Graduate
Applications
In addition to filling out the on-line
application form, the following supplemental materials must be submitted.
It is not necessary to fill out the CSU Graduate School
application if you fill out this departmental
application. Also, the application fee will be paid by the Chemistry
Department if you admitted.
(U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents)
- Request that two official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate
institutions attended (Colorado State University transcripts are not
required) be sent directly to the Chemistry Department (Chemistry Department,
c/o Stephanie Starck, Colorado state University, Fort Collins, CO 80523).
- Request that three letters of recommendation be sent directly to the
Chemistry Department (Chemistry Department, c/o Stephanie Starck, Colorado
state University, Fort Collins, CO 80523).
- Request that GRE scores be reported from ETS to Colorado State University.
Photocopies will not be accepted.
- Please do not submit an application or send a fee payment to the Graduate
School. If you are admitted, the application to the Graduate School
will be submitted and the application fee paid by the Chemistry Department.
(Foreign Applicants)
- Proof of financial support is required before a student visa can be
issued. Satisfactory proof of finances covering all required expenses
must be provided before Colorado State University will issue an I-20
or IAP-66. Please refer to the Estimate
of Expenses for International Students. Print the
Financial Support Statement, have the appropriate authority sign
the form, and mail along with the required supporting documents to:
Office of Admissions, Spruce Hall, Colorado State University, Ft. Collins,
CO 80523-0015.
- Request that TOEFL examination scores be reported from ETS to Colorado
State University. Photocopies will not be accepted.
- Request that GRE scores be reported from ETS to Colorado State University.
