Important Notices - Please Read

1. Relatively inexpensive airfares are available according to registrants we have heard from recently, but thorough
web browsing may be necessary to find these fares.

2. It is possible to stay in conference-site lodging at the
conference rate for up to three days before and after
the conference, but availability is very limited. You
must reserve lodging now if you plan to include
extra days at Jackson Lake Lodge or at Colter
Bay Village. Use the "Special Requests" box
on the reservation form to add extra days.

3. It is possible to reserve ground transportation
from Jackson Hole Airport to the conference
site on days other than Sunday. Contact
